ColdSend Pricing Explained: How the Single Plan Works

Updated: October 2026. ColdSend used to have a three-tier model (Growth, Scale, Agency) with a bring-your-own-account / done-for-you toggle on each. Everything you might read elsewhere about that structure is outdated — pricing now runs on a single plan, and this post explains exactly how it works.

One Plan, No Tiers

There is one ColdSend plan:

$99/mo gets you:

• 1 domain, and every extra domain is just $30/mo (up to 20)
• 100 mailboxes and 25,000 emails/month per domain
• Pre-warmed, managed infrastructure — assigned automatically when you sign up, ready to send in minutes
• The full sequencer: campaigns, scheduling, spintax, reply handling, analytics
• Unlimited imported inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, SMTP/IMAP)

There are no feature gates between tiers because there are no tiers. Every account is the full platform, and capacity scales with the domains you add.

Scaling Up: More Domains

The plan starts with one domain. If you need more — one per client, one per product line, one per campaign type — add them:

• $30/domain per month
• Each domain adds 100 mailboxes and 25,000 monthly sends
• Up to 20 domains total on a single plan

That's the only usage decision to make. You're just widening the domain pool, and capacity grows with it.

Sending Capacity FAQ

What happens when I outgrow my included sends? Every domain adds 25,000 sends/month, so scaling is a matter of adding domains. If you need more than that, you can import inboxes and expand infrastructure on your account — check the help center or reach out, and we'll size it with you.

Do unused sends roll over? No. Sending capacity resets monthly and doesn't roll over.

Who runs the infrastructure? ColdSend runs the infrastructure — the pre-warmed IP pool, mailbox provisioning, and deliverability monitoring are all on us. It's assigned to your account automatically when you sign up, with nothing for you to set up.

Are there contracts? No. It's $99/mo to start, month to month, cancel anytime.

Is there a setup fee? No. No onboarding fee, no minimum commitment.

Common Pricing Questions

Is warmup really included? There's no warmup period at all. The mailboxes come from pre-warmed infrastructure, so reputation is managed centrally. That's the core point of ColdSend.

Can I switch domains or replace one? Yes — manage domains from the dashboard. The $30/domain price applies to additional domains, and you can move between them as your businesses change.

What happens if I cancel? You lose access when your subscription ends. See what happens to mailboxes if you cancel.

How many inboxes per domain? Up to a practical limit per domain (typically ~100) — so a plan with 4 domains carries roughly 400 mailboxes across them.
